Because each panel is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please review all measurements, materials, and design details carefully before placing your order. Our team is always available to answer questions or provide guidance before production begins.

If MBP makes an error on your panel after you have approved the design proofs, we will repair or replace the panel at our expense.

Shipping/Delivery policy

We take great care in packaging every order for freight shipment. Each panel is wrapped in 1/8-inch protective foam and secured between double-corrugated boards, then the entire skid is sealed with adhesive shrink wrap for added protection.

Once the shipment leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the freight carrier. While we cannot guarantee how the carrier handles your panels, we will do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim if damage occurs during transit. However, we cannot replace panels that are damaged by the freight line.
